Combat Ready is a fitness application designed for combat sports athletes. Our services include:
- AI-powered personalized workout generation
- Workout tracking and history
- Progress monitoring and analytics
- Exercise library with video demonstrations
- Optional Fitbit integration for health data
- Calendar and scheduling features
3. Account Responsibilities
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Not share your account with others
Combat Ready provides general fitness information and AI-generated workout suggestions. This is NOT medical advice. Before starting any exercise program:
- Consult with a qualified healthcare provider
- Get medical clearance if you have any health conditions
- Listen to your body and stop if you feel pain or discomfort
You exercise at your own risk. Combat sports training carries inherent risks of injury. We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from following our workout suggestions.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Share your account credentials
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the service
- Reverse engineer or decompile the application
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
5. Intellectual Property
Combat Ready and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your personal data. AI-generated workouts are provided for your personal use only.
6. Third-Party Services
Combat Ready integrates with third-party services:
- Fitbit: Optional fitness data sync (subject to Fitbit's terms)
- OpenAI: Powers AI workout generation
- Google Cloud: Hosts our service infrastructure
Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may:
- Modify or discontinue features at any time
- Perform maintenance that may affect availability
- Suspend accounts that violate these terms
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Combat Ready shall not be liable for:
